Vintage 90s Animaniacs Sericel. This is matted in a Warner Brothers Animation frame and has a WB seal. This Features Dot, Yakko and Wakko in cowboy hats. Cel is overall in nice shape. wear on the edges of the mat and some rubs on the WB seal. This Animaniacs cel is a hard to find collectible and this sericel is perfect for any fan of this cartoon classic.
